Training of Trainers (ToT)
Participants enter the ToT course from various levels of prior experience and bring along a portfolio of competences – consequently, their learning needs are different. The educational approach implemented in the ToT course intends to allow for these different learning needs to be identified and pursued. At the core of this process is the competence of the participant to direct his/her own learning. The group as a source for peer learning and the trainers as facilitators of these learning processes are essential pillars of this approach.
Within the ToT course, participants have the chance to further develop their competences as a trainer. In line with the European Training Strategy, ToT considers the following competences as essential when working as a non-formal education trainer.

Course’s Objectives:
Understand the general concepts and practical and scientific experience to work as a highly competent trainer.
Preparation of a coach capable of absorbing the human resources and resources available to him and making the most of it.
Knowledge of the roles and methods of the professional trainer and the use of modern training theories and responsibilities.
Travelling after the course
We offer mini-trips with sightseeing to nearby cities and states after the course. Travelling is offered for an additional fee and includes tickets and one-night stay.

Accommodation and Meals
All the participants are provided with accommodation in Melbourne for the whole period of the course. The type of accommodation is a shared room for 2 people. The accommodation in a single room can be arranged for an additional fee – please see the additional services section. Participants have access to the kitchen which they can use. The accommodation is well connected by public transport with all the tourist places in Melbourne. During the program, sessions will be conducted in the classroom which is within walking distance from the accommodation. Participants will be provided with a detailed description of the venue and information on how to reach it from the airport.
We offer comfortable accommodation where you can stay during the program and fully enjoy your time in Melbourne!
Accommodation is provided for the dates of the program. If you arrive 1-2 days earlier or leave later – extra nights can be provided for an additional fee. Please email us in advance to ask about availability.
